Shore Belt Parkway
- Brooklyn, NY
Trevcon is installing 6 cofferdams and pile-supported bridge pier foundations as well as designing and constructing 4 temporary work trestles for two 440 ton cranes making tandem picks. The project is for prime contractor Tullly/Posillico, Joint Venture as part of a three bridge replacement project on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, NY.

Pier 11 Platform Replacement - New York, NY
The completed construction of Pier 11 is located in lower Manhattan's business district. The five slip pier serves as a primary commuter ferry destination for the Wall Street District.

Piers 35/36 - New York, NY
This project consists of construction of a new parking area at Pier 35 and the building of a park at Pier 36 along the East River Walk (Esplanade) project.

Brooklyn Bridge Park - Brooklyn, NY
This project involves an 85 Acre 1.3 mile self-sustaining park with a skyline view of Manhattan, being built along Piers 1-5. It will reconnect citizens to the waterfront, replacing abandoned piers, parking lots and storage sheds with sports parks and the chance to stroll or lounge at the waters edge.
Arthur Kill Lift Bridge - Staten Island, NY
This is a reactivation of the Eight–Mile Staten Island Railroad which provides rail and freight access to Staten Island's largest lift bridge in the world.

SIMS Recycling Facility – 30th Street Pier - Brooklyn, NY
This is the construction of a new recycling facility at 30th Street Pier in Brooklyn.

East River Esplanade – Reconstruction of Pier 13, 14 & 15 - New York, NY
The project will connect the South Street Seaport with the existing
esplanade along the East River Park. Pier 15, demolished in 2001, is being
reconstructed as a two level pier with "passive recreational space" and an
area for boats to dock. Reconstruction also includes Piers 14 and 13. The
esplanade between the Battery Maritime Building and the Old Slip will be
extended out over the water, allowing for safe passage along a widened
sidewalk and bikeway.

Chelsea Piers 60 and 61 – New York, NY
In October, 2008, Trevcon Construction began work at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan, NY at Piers 60 and 61. This project includes installation of new steel support beams and collars and jacking of Pier 60 to raise the pier level. Also involved is installation of new 180 foot long 13” diameter pipe bearing piles, and the installation of new 20” diameter steel pipe fender piles and pile posts down to the mud line, along with other timber repairs.

NY City Dept. of Environmental Protection – Bowery Bay Water Pollution Control Plant
Trevcon Construction and RMSK Contracting have formed a joint venture for this project located at the Bowery Bay Water Pollution Control Plant in the Borough of Queens, NY. This project includes replacement of eight sludge collectors in the gravity thickeners and installation of sixteen progressive cavity thickened sludge pumps and grinders. Piping associated with the thickened sludge pumps, gravity thickener feed, overflow and drains will require replacement, as well as the overflow weirs on the gravity thickeners. Support piling for a new single story building will also be constructed.
Upcoming Projects

Port Authority Berth 6 - Newark, NJ
In the Spring of 2011, Trevcon will begin work on the reconstruction of the wharf at Berth 6 in Port Newark, NJ. This project will consist of demolition of the existing wharf structure, earth fill excavation, dredging, steel pipe piles and sheet piles, precast beams and planking, concrete deck reconstruction, utility work, paving and other related work at the berth.
